Koperasi Sempekat Sempawat ( KSS) Koperasi Sempekat menggelar Rapat Anggota Tahunan ( RAT) ke – 14 Tahun Buku 2024, kegiatan yang dihadiri sejumlah anggota koperasi digelar di pendopo Hotel Sidodadi, Simpang Raya Barong Tongkok, Rabu ( 23/4/2025).
Dalam pemaparannya Ketua KSS, Masurung mengungkapkan
Koperasi Sempekat Sempawat pada Tahun 2024 bekerja keras dalam mengelola usaha bersama anggota.
” Hal ini terlihat bertumbuhnya usaha dan pendapatan koperasi sehingga tetap bisa menghasilkan SHU sebesar Rp. 13.725.926,- dengan Asset sebesar Rp. 2.953.236.770,- dari Anggota yg berjumlah 427 Orang,” ujarnya kepada Kaltim post, Kamis ( 24/4/2025).
Ia melanjutkan pada tahun 2025 KSS meluncurkan Program Pinjaman 0% bagi UMKM dan Petani dengan Pinjaman Maksimal Rp. 5 juta.
“Harapan ini bisa membantu anggota Koperasi Sempekat Sempawat dalam mengelola Usaha dengan baik dan terus maju,” tandasnya.
Sementara itu Pembina KSS PT Pamapersada Nusantara,melalui perwakilannya Sabinus mengatakan momen RAT adalah saat yang ditunggu- tunggu setiap satu tahun sekali.
“Selain untuk mendengarkan laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus koperasi,pemaparan program, juga ajang silahturahmi pengurus dan anggota, “ucapnya.
Sebagai pembina juga mengapresiasi pelaksanaan RAT, karena salah satu indikator koperasi yang sehat, tertib administrasi dan juga taat terhadap regulasi yang berlaku.
” Demikian juga dari laporan rencana pembiayaan atau pembiayaan untuk anggota tahun 2024 senilai Rp 1 miliar lebih walaupun realisasi hanya Rp 600 juta, tapi koperasi masih memiliki SHU yang dibagi, “tandasnya.
Lanjutnya koperasi bentuk usaha kita bersama dengan adanya SHU yang masih dibagi merupakan keberlangsungan usaha. Mari kita jadikan koperasi
sebagai wadah dan tulang punggung perekonomian
masyarakat yang tangguh dan mandiri demi keberlanjutan usaha dan tentunya kesejahteraan anggota sesuai asas koperasi dari dan untuk anggota.
Sementara itu Disdagkop dan UMKM yang diwakili Sudarto, juga menyampaikan apresiasi tinggi atas terselenggaranya RAT.
“Kami apresiasi KSS yang mengelar RAT,karena tidak banyak koperasi melakukan hal ini,harapannya kedepan koperasi ini menjadi contoh, ” ungkapnya.
Pihaknya juga mendukung wacana koperasi menjadi koperasi modern ke depannya.
Pada kesempatan RAT koperasi juga memberikan Reward kepada 5 anggotanya yang aktif melakukan transaksi berupa menabung dan melakukan pinjaman.
“Saya merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya KSS, dulu saya 2010 bergabung,pinjam untuk modal awal bengkel saya, syukur puji Tuhan berkat dukungan pelatihan mekanik sepeda motor, dan dana dari KSS bengkel saya bisa berjalan dengan baik hingga saat ini, ” ungkap Norjen Remdi.
Pria asal kecamatan Bentian Besar kedepan bahkan berencana pengembangan usahanya juga dengan dukungan pinjaman dari KSS untuk membuka rumah makan.
