Polres Kutai Barat menggelar apel pergeseran pasukan BKO untuk pengamanan Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) di Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu pada hari ini, Sabtu, 18 Mei 2025. Apel ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Kutai Barat dan diikuti oleh seluruh personel yang akan diberangkatkan maupun personel cadangan.

Dalam arahannya, Kapolres Kutai Barat menyampaikan sejumlah penekanan penting kepada seluruh personel, di antaranya agar selalu bersyukur atas nikmat yang telah diberikan oleh Allah SWT, mempersiapkan fisik dan mental secara optimal, serta menjaga penampilan mengingat personel akan bersinggungan langsung dengan masyarakat maupun personel dari Polda Kaltim.

Selain itu, Kapolres juga mengingatkan agar personel segera mengenali lingkungan Polres Mahakam Ulu, tetap berkontribusi dan menjaga komunikasi meskipun berstatus BKO, serta memastikan kondisi kendaraan dalam keadaan baik sebelum digunakan. Dokumentasi dan pengecekan kendaraan, baik jumlah maupun kondisinya, harus dilakukan dengan cermat. Kabagops atau perwira pengendali (Padal) juga diminta terus memonitor jumlah dan kondisi personel di lapangan.

Kapolres turut menegaskan agar personel tidak menganggap remeh situasi di Mahakam Ulu serta menginformasikan bahwa Tactical Floor Game (TFG) akan dilaksanakan pada hari Senin. Sementara itu, 50 personel yang ditetapkan sebagai pasukan standby diminta untuk senantiasa siap apabila sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan.

Sebagai bentuk kesiapan fisik, pada hari ini juga, Sabtu, 18 Mei 2025, Polres Kutai Barat melalui Seksi Kedokteran dan Kesehatan (Sidokkes) melaksanakan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan (Rikkes) terhadap 85 personel BKO. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di lobi Mapolres Kutai Barat sejak pukul 08.00 WITA dan melibatkan tim medis dari Sidokkes serta mitra klinik. Pemeriksaan mencakup pengukuran tensi, tinggi badan, lingkar perut, serta cek gula darah, asam urat, dan kolesterol.

Dari hasil Rikkes, seluruh personel dinyatakan sehat dan layak untuk melaksanakan tugas. Kasidokkes Polres Kutai Barat, Aiptu Dedy Sugara, mengimbau agar jika terjadi gangguan kesehatan selama pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan, personel segera menghubungi Sidokkes untuk penanganan lebih lanjut.

Kegiatan apel dan Rikkes ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Polres Kutai Barat untuk memastikan seluruh personel dalam kondisi prima dan siap menjalankan tugas pengamanan PSU di wilayah Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu dengan aman dan tertib.
