Pada saat kejadian pelaku D Cs sedang mendengarkan musik keras – keras sambil minum minuman keras di kontrakannya karena sudah hampir tengah malam pemilik kontrakan bernama Ukit menegur untuk tidak ribut karena menggangu.

Tak terima ditegur Pelaku D dan kawan-kawan mengambil parang dan melakukan penganiayaan terhadap Ukit dan tiga orang lainnya yang datang bermaksud melerai namun tak luput dari sabetan parang dan balok yang digunakan pelaku D Cs menganiaya.

Parahnya lagi gerombolan D Cs yang berjumlah 5 orang sempat pulang ke kampung Belempung Ulaq kecamatan Barong Tongkok untuk mengambil parang.Lalu kembali ke TKP, dan kembali mencari korban, saat korban tidak ditemukan mereka merusak kendaraan yang ada di TKP.
