Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kutai Barat mengikuti kegiatan Evaluasi Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Hak Atas Tanah Tahun Anggaran 2025 yang diselenggarakan secara daring oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pengendalian dan Penanganan Sengketa Kementerian ATR/BPN.
Kegiatan evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengawasan dan pengendalian hak atas tanah di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, termasuk aspek pelaporan, kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan, serta langkah strategis untuk optimalisasi pelaksanaan program di daerah.
Dalam rapat evaluasi tersebut dibahas sejumlah hal penting, di antaranya: Capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengawasan dan pengendalian di daerah.
Kelengkapan serta ketepatan waktu penyampaian dokumen pelaporan. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses pelaksanaan dan strategi penyelesaiannya.
Melalui kegiatan ini, Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kutai Barat menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus memperkuat aspek akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengawasan serta pengendalian hak atas tanah di wilayah Kutai Barat.
Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Bapak Zulkipli, S.SiT., M.H, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan evaluasi ini menjadi momentum penting bagi seluruh jajaran untuk melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan.
“Kegiatan ini bukan hanya menjadi wadah evaluasi, tetapi juga refleksi atas kinerja kita di daerah. Kami berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan kegiatan pengawasan dan pengendalian hak atas tanah agar hasilnya semakin akurat dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat,” ujar Bapak Zulkipli.
Beliau juga menambahkan bahwa Kantor Pertanahan Kutai Barat akan terus berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah dan instansi terkait dalam mendukung kebijakan Kementerian ATR/BPN menuju tata kelola pertanahan yang lebih baik, transparan, dan berkeadilan.#Jr.
