Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah IV Provinsi Kalimantan Timur bersama PT Pamapersada Nusantara menggelar kegiatan Apresiasi dan Explorasi Potensi Siswa di Kabupaten Kutai Barat dan Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu, Rabu (30/10/2024)

Acara yang bertujuan untuk menggali bakat dan potensi siswa-siswi di dua Kabupaten tersebut digelar dipusatkan di Kantor Cabang Pendidikan Wilayah IV. Kegiatan dibuka dengan Senam Zumba dan Jalan Santai.

Kegiatan untuk siswa SMA, SMK, dan sederajat ini juga di isi dengan berbagai lomba diantaranya Lomba Paduan Suara, Menyanyi Solo,Pidato Bahasa Indonesia, Pidato Bahasa Inggris, Komik Digital, Seni Tari Tradisional, Seni Tari Modern, Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Video Edukasi tentang Bullying, Desain Infografis serta Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5).

Kepala Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah IV Jafar Khodori, mengungkapkan kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan ruang bagi siswa dalam mengekspresikan bakat mereka.

“Kegiatan bertujuan memberikan panggung bagi anak-anak. Kami ingin menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki potensi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk olahraga, seni, dan kewirausahaan,” ungkapnya kepada awak Media.

Jafar juga menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari semua stakeholder. Harapan kami adalah kegiatan ini dapat menjadi motivasi bagi anak-anak untuk terus berkembang dan berprestasi.

“Mari kita dukung mereka dalam mengejar impian dan menemukan bakat yang mereka miliki,” pungkasnya.

Terpisah Project Manager PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), Job Site Trubaindo Coal Mining Melak (TCMM), Saptodewo mengatakan kegiatan ini berawal dari silaturahmi tim CSR ke Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kaltim cabang IV sehingga ditemukanlah sebuah kegiatan yang senada dengan kegiatan CSR PAMA.

“Dalam kegiatan pendidikan, PAMA juga memiliki visi yang sama yaitu memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa/i untuk mengasah dan menunjukkan bakat potensi mereka, dalam hal ini khususnya di bidang non akademis, sehingga kami melakukan kolaborasi untuk memberikan wadah kegiatan tersebut”

Saptodewo juga menyampaikan harapan setelah berlangsungnya kegiatan perdana ini, mampu memberi semangat bagi seluruh siswa/i untuk terus meningkatkan potensi dan bakatnya baik yang sudah mengikuti tahun ini maupun yang belum mengikuti agar mempersiapkan diri untuk tahun depan.

“Saya berharap setelah kegiatan perdana ini, seluruh siswa/i dapat termotivasi untuk terus meningkatkan potensi dan bakat mereka.
