Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) akan mencanangkan Gerakan Masyarakat Pemasangan Tanda Batas (GEMAPATAS) secara serentak di 23 kabupaten/kota pada Kamis (07/08/2025). Kegiatan ini adalah gerakan Kementerian ATR/BPN bersama masyarakat untuk membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya patok batas sebagai awal dari kepastian hukum atas tanah.
“GEMAPATAS kali ini akan dipusatkan di Lapangan Bola Desa Candingasinan, Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah pada Kamis, 7 Agustus 2025 dan dipimpin langsung oleh Pak Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN, Nusron Wahid. Sementara, kegiatannya sendiri akan berlangsung di 23 Kabupaten/Kota,” ujar Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) dan Protokol, Harison Mocodompis, di Jakarta, Rabu (06/08/2025).
GEMAPATAS merupakan bagian dari upaya Kementerian ATR/BPN dalam mendorong percepatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), dengan mengedukasi masyarakat untuk secara aktif memasang tanda batas bidang tanah milik mereka. “Ini bukan sekadar seremoni, tetapi ajakan kepada masyarakat untuk mengambil peran dalam menjaga hak atas tanah mereka. Kita mulai dari hal paling sederhana, memasang tanda batas. Pasang patok, anti cekcok, anti caplok,” kata Harison Mocodompis
Sebanyak 23 kabupaten/kota yang menjadi lokasi pencanangan GEMAPATAS secara serentak di 2025 ini meliputi Kabupaten Purworejo, Banjarnegara, Kebumen, dan Wonosobo di Jawa Tengah; Kabupaten Blitar, Jombang, Lumajang, Malang, dan Pamekasan di Jawa Timur; serta Kabupaten Bogor I, Bogor II, Cianjur, Cirebon, Pangandaran, Sukabumi, dan Tasikmalaya di Jawa Barat.
Pemasangan tanda batas tanah juga dilaksanakan di luar Pulau Jawa. Beberapa wilayah itu antara lain Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dan Kepulauan Meranti di Riau; Kabupaten Banyuasin dan Kota Pagar Alam di Sumatra Selatan; Kabupaten Ketapang di Kalimantan Barat; Kabupaten Tabalong di Kalimantan Selatan; serta Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara di Kalimantan Timur.
