Sudah tidak tahan dengan kondisi akses jalan yang tak kunjung diperbaiki, warga kampung Sekolaq Muliaq Kecamatan Sekolaq Darat melakukan aksi menanam pohon pisang di tengah jalan. Aksi ini merupakan bentuk protes karena akses jalan tak kunjung diperbaiki.
Petinggi Kampung Sekolaq Muliaq, Nanang mengungkapkan jalan yang rusak ini disebut sudah lama terjadi.Tidak hanya itu
jalanan ini bahkan banyak memakan korban.Sudah tak terhitung pengendara yang jatuh akibat jalan berlubang tersebut.
“Kami sudah tiga kali mediasi dengan pihak perusahaan sawit yang CPO diangkut melalui kampung Sekolaq Muliaq,hanya saja hasil mediasi tak kunjung direalisasi,bahkan jalan semakin parah kerusakannya,” terang Nanang kepada awak media Senin ( 22/12/2024)
Lantaran janji perbaikan tak kunjung direalisasi menuai kekesalan warga melihat kondisi jalan yang sudah lama rusak dan tidak segera diperbaiki.Akhirnya warga memilih menanam pohon pisang ditengah jalan aspal dan memasang palang kayu agar truk besar tak bisa melewati jalan yang diperbaiki secara swadaya untuk masyarakat melintas.
“Kami sudah bosan dengan janji perbaikan,kami tidak minta lebih kepada perusahaan hanya minta akses jalan diperbaiki , sehingga warga saat melintas merasa aman dan nyaman,jika tindakan kami salah kami siap bertanggung jawab,” tegasnya.
Masih menurut Petinggi, mirisnya lagi kondisi jalan yang rusak berat diperparah pula dengan ulah pengemudi truk C P O yang sering tidak mau mengalah dengan warga saat berpapasan.
Respon muncul setelah warga menanam pohon dan memasang palang dijalan, perusahaan sawit yang mengangkut C P O mengirim material berupa batu split ke kawasan jalan yang rusak untuk timbunan, namun sayangnya hanya ditinggal begitu saja tanpa dirapikan.
“Kami sudah bosan dengan janji perusahaan, padahal kami tidak berlebihan hanya minta jalan diperbaiki,sudah banyak warga yang menjadi korban jalan yang rusak parah,” ungkap warga kampung Sekolaq Muliaq.
