Sejumlah besar Pegawai Tenaga Kerja Kontrak ( TKK) di Kabupaten Kutai Barat Kalimantan Timur kecewa dengan hasil tes Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kerja ( P3K) terutama pegawai kontrak yang mengabdi cukup lama hingga belasan tahun.
Bagi mereka pengabdiannya seolah tak dihargai, mereka harus tereliminasi oleh sistem.Hal inilah yang mendorong sejumlah TKK bersuara untuk menyampaikan apa yang menjadi harapannya.
Salah satu perwakilan TKK yang tidak lolos P3K, Yosua Sariadi mengungkapkan ia bersama sejumlah tenaga honorer melakukan diskusi untuk memperjuangkan nasib mereka
‘Kami telah berdiskusi dan sepakat akan beraudiensi dengan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah ( DPRD) Kabupaten Kutai Barat,” ungkapnya Kamis (9/1/2025).
Menurut pria yang bekerja di Satpol PP Kubar tersebut setelah diskusi yang panjang akhirnya disepakati pihaknya akan menyambangi kantor DPRD Kubar, pada senin tanggal 13 Januari 2025.
“Melalui audiensi ini kami TKK terdata dalam data base BKN bisa diangkat semua menjadi P3K,” lanjutnya.
Lanjutnya terkait P3K paruh waktu belum ada kejelasan atau aturan yang pasti mengatur hal tersebut.
“Jika audiensi menemui jalan buntu,maka tidak menutup kemungkinan pihaknya akan turun ke jalan menggelar aksi damai,” pungkasnya.
