Dengan penuh suka cita umat Katolik menyambut perayaan malam natal 2024.Dengan mengusung tema natal “Marilah Sekarang Kita Pergi Ke Betlehem”.
Misa malam Natal di Gereja Katolik Center Santo Thomas Aquinas dilaksanakan dua kali agar bisa menampung banyak umat.Misa digelar pada pukul 18.00 Wita dan pukul 20.30 Wita.
Salah seorang umat Katolik, Agustinus melalui momen perayaan natal tahun 2024 semakin meningkatkan rasa persaudaraan dan persatuan.
“Melalui damai natal kita semakin rukun,bukan hanya bagi umat kristiani di Kutai Barat tapi juga seluruh warga beragama lainnya,”pungkasnya.
Misa Malam Natal dijaga ketat aparat gabungan yang terdiri dari Polisi, TNI, Satpol PP dan Dishub serta keamanan dari pihak gereja Katolik Center Santo Thomas Aquinas Sendawar.
