Pengadilan Negeri ( PN) Kutai Barat ( Kubar) menggelar sidang Pemeriksaan Setempat ( PS) atau Sidang Lapangan alias Descente dalam perkara dugaan pemalsuan surat tanah dengan terdakwa E Te.
Sidang lapangan di gelar di obyek sengketa yang berada di kelurahan Simpang Raya kecamatan Barong Tongkok, Senin ( 4/3/2025).
Sejumlah pihak hadir, Hakim, tim Pengadilan PN Kubar, Jaksa dan Tergugat serta Penggugat.
Sidang lapangan juga dibantu pengamanan dari Polres Kutai Barat.
“Dalam sidang lapangan, hakim dan tim pengadilan melakukan observasi langsung di lokasi,” ungkap Pengugat Widodo R kepada sejumlah awak media.
Untuk diketahui sidang lapangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui letak, luas, dan batas objek sengketa, Mengetahui kuantitas dan kualitas objek sengketa.
Serta mendapatkan gambaran atau keterangan yang memberi kepastian tentang peristiwa-peristiwa yang menjadi sengketa serta menemukan alat bukti.
Sidang akan kembali di lanjutkan besok, Rabu (5/2/2025) dengan agenda mendengarkan keterangan Saksi A de Charge.
