Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, menyerahkan 11 sertipikat tanah wakaf kepada Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Kalimantan Selatan, Kamis (31/07/2025). Di momen ini, Menteri Nusron mengajak seluruh unsur organisasi masyarakat keagamaan dan lembaga lain untuk turut aktif dalam program legalisasi aset.
“Saya mohon kepada Bapak/Ibu dari Muhammadiyah, dari NU, untuk ikut menyosialisasikan dan mengajukan sertipikasi aset-aset keagamaan yang dimiliki. Dengan sudah memiliki Sertipikat Hak Milik, itu menjadi solusi (nilai tambah),” ujar Menteri Nusron dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung di Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) BPN Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, di Kota Banjarbaru.
Di Kalimantan Selatan, dari total target 6.166 rumah ibadah, hingga saat ini tercatat ada 5.102 rumah ibadah atau 82,74% yang telah bersertipikat. Sementara itu, untuk bidang tanah wakaf yang telah bersertipikat mencapai 7.385 bidang atau 86,66% dari total 8.521 bidang tanah wakaf yang ada di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Pengelolaan aset keagamaan tidak boleh hanya berhenti di atas kertas. Menteri Nusron menyoroti masih banyaknya proses yang berhenti tanpa ada tindak lanjut nyata dari organisasi yang mengajukan. “Kalau ada yang benar-benar serius, ayo kita jalankan. Kita perlu tahu siapa yang bisa memindahkan informasi menjadi aksi. Tapi, sekali lagi, harus serius,” tegasnya.
Penyerahan sertipikat untuk aset keagamaan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam memperkuat sinergi antara pemerintah dan organisasi keagamaan. Sertipikasi terus didorong untuk menjaga dan memanfaatkan aset wakaf secara produktif dan berkelanjutan.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Menteri Nusron turut didampingi oleh Staf Ahli Bidang Hukum Agraria dan Masyarakat Adat, Slameto Dwi Martono; Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat dan Protokol, Harison Mocodompis; serta Direktur Pengaturan Tanah Pemerintah, Suwito; Kepala Kanwil BPN Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Abdul Aziz beserta jajaran.#Jacky/Kementerian ATR/BPN.
