Lembaga Survey Charta Politika Indonesia   merilis hasil yang memetakan kekuatan para Calon Bupati Kabupaten Kutai Barat pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah ( Pilkada) serentak tahun 2024.

Dari sekian nama yang muncul dan diketahui telah mendaftar ke Partai Politik (Parpol) untuk menjadi Calon Bupati.

Lembaga Charta Politika Indonesia  mengidentifikasi beberapa tokoh potensial yang akan maju sebagai calon bupati dan wakil bupati Kabupaten Kutai Barat untuk periode 2024-2029.

Untuk mengukur preferensi dan tingkat elektabilitas masyarakat terhadap calon-calon tersebut, Lembaga Survey Charta Politika Indonesia  melakukan survei pada tanggal 23 Mei – 3 Juni 2024.Dengan metode tatap muka di 16 Kecamatan se Kabupaten Kutai Barat dengan Multistage random sampling dan Margin of Error sebesar 4,9 persen.

Berdasarkan survey Charta Politika Indonesia untuk Elektabilitas Calon Bupati nama Frederick Edwin menjadi nama tertinggi pilihan responden sebagai Bupati Kutai Barat dengan persentase 35,0 persen, diurutan kedua ada nama politikus partai Golkar H.Ahmad Syaiful dengan  14, 5 persen, disusul Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kutai Barat, Ekti Imanuel dengan 10,8 persen dan diurutan ke empat ada nama mantan Asisten III Setkab Kubar, Sahadi dengan 8,8 persen sementara beberapa tokoh lainnya dibawah 5 persen dan yang belum menentukan pilihan 21,7 persen.

Sementara untuk elektabilitas Calon Wakil Bupati nama Nanang Adriani yang berpasangan dengan Calon Bupati Frederick Edwin,  kokoh di urutan pertama pilihan responden dengan  40,0 persen, diurutan kedua ada Politisi PAN Kubar, Asrani dengan 10,8 persen, di urutan ketiga ada Benni Nurrahman dengan 6,3 persen, lalu diurutan keempat ada nama Politisi Partai Gerindra yang saat ini masih merupakan anggota DPRD Kubar, Yahya Marthan dengan 4,0 persen sedangkan nama- nama tokoh lainnya berada dibawah 4 persen kemudian 22, 0 persen responden belum menentukan pilihannya.

Lembaga survey juga merilis data survey tokoh yang paling disukai, Kembali calon Bupati Frederick Edwin yang dipilih responden dengan presentase paling tinggi yakni 40,8 persen, disusul wakil Ketua DPRD Kubar, H.Ahmad Syaiful, lalu Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kaltim Ekti Imanuel berada diurutan ketiga dengan 11,8 persen dan calon Bupati Sahadi menempati urutan 4 dengan 10,8 persen.Responden yang tidak memberikan jawaban 6,3 persen.

Sementara itu saat calon Bupati Frederick Edwin yang berpasangan dengan calon Wakil Bupati Nanang Adriani disimulasikan head to head dengan 3  pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati lainnya. Pasangan yang disingkat FENA unggul dengan 44,3 persen, diurutan kedua  H. Ahmad Syaiful jika berpasangan dengan Asrani dengan 18,3 persen, lalu calon Bupati Ekti Imanuel jika berpasangan dengan Sopiansyah diurutan ketiga dengan 11, persen kemudian pasangan Sahadi dan Alexander Edmon dengan 7,3 persen, sedangkan 18,5 persen yang belum menentukan pilihan.

Lembaga survey juga mensimulasi jika ada 4 pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati dengan pasangan berbeda. Pasangan FENA masih mendominasi dengan 44, 8 persen di susul H.Ahmad Syaiful jika berpasangan dengan Yahya Marthan dengan 17,5 persen dan Ekti Imanuel jika berpasangan dengan Samsudin Nur dengan 11, 5 persen serta Sahadi jika berpasangan dengan Sopiansyah dengan persentase 7,8 persen, 18,5 persen lainnya belum menentukan pilihan.

Lalu bagaimana jika hanya tiga pasangan calon.Berdasarkan survey Charta Politika Indonesia pasangan FENA memimpin dengan 49,8 persen, lalu pasangan H.Ahmad Syaiful jika berpasangan denga Yahya Marthan  dengan 18,8 persen dan Sahadi jika berpasangan dengan H.Aula dengan 7,5 persen, yang belum menentukan pilihan berada di 24,0 persen .

Pada simulasi berikutnya Lembaga Survey Charta Politika Indonesia menempatkan tiga pasangan calon berbeda yakni H.Ahmad Syaiful dan Asrani, Sahadi dan Waluyo serta FENA.

Pasangan FENA masih berada di urutan pertama dengan 49,8 persen, diurutan  kedua pasangan H.Ahmad Syaiful dan Asrani terakhir pasangan Sahadi dan Waluyo dengan 9,8 persen sedangkan 21,8 persen belum menentukan pilihan.

Pada Simulasi lainnya Charta Politika Indonesia menempatkan pasangan H.Ahmad Syaiful dan Sahadi, Ekti Imanuel dan Sopiansyah serta FENA, didapatkan hasil survey Pasangan FENA memperoleh 45,5 persen, pasangan Ahmad Syaiful dan Sahadi memperoleh 20,3 persen lalu pasangan Ekti Imanuel dan Sopiansyah di angka 12,0 persen, tidak tahu alias belum menentukan pilihan 22,3 persen.

Lembaga Survey kembali mensimulasi jika pasangan FENA, Ekti Imanuel berpasangan dengan Sopiansyah dan Sahadi dengan H.Ahmad Syaiful berpasangan, dari tiga pasangan calon kepala Daerah ini,pasangan FENA kembali memimpin dengan 45,8, lalu pasangan Sahadi dan Ahmad Syaiful dengan 19,3 persen dan pasangan Ekti Imanuel dan Sopiansyah dengan 12,3 persen, belum menentukan pilihan 22,8 persen.

Lalu siapakah Wakil Bupati yang Paling pantas mendampingi Sahadi menurut responden, nama Nanang Andriani menjadi yang pertama dengan 18,0 persen, lalu  Alexander Edmon dengan 7,3 persen dan Waluyo dengan 7,3 persen serta Yahya Marthan dengan 5,8 persen.

Nama Nanang Andriani kembali menjadi yang pertama  saat di simulasi siapa wakil Bupati yang paling pantas mendampingi calon Bupati Frederick Edwin dengan 45,5 persen, lalu Ekti Imanuel dengan 5,3 persen, Asrani dengan 4,3 persen serta ada nama kakak kandung Frederick Edwin, Alexander Edmon dengan 4,0 persen.

Hasil survey Charta Politika Indonesia juga  merilis nama Frederick Edwin sebagai tokoh paling dikenal dengan 46,0 persen, juga menjadi tokoh dengan Elektabilitas paling tinggi dengan 39,8 persen pilihan responden.

Berdasarkan hasil  Lembaga Survey  Charta Politika Indonesia  pasangan calon Bupati Frederick Edwin dan Nanang Andriani atau yang disingkat FENA, ketika bersaing dengan pasangan manapun pada Pilkada Kubar 2024,  pasangan FENA  akan tetap menang. #Jerry
