Aksi panggung Cak Sodiq New Monata  menyapa karyawan PT Pamapersada Nusantara  TCMM dalam  acara Family Gathering PAMA 2024, yang mengangkat tema Fly Higher atau terbang lebih tinggi di lapangan sepakbola Mess Kinong, kampung Jengan Danum, Kecamatan Damai, Kutai Barat, Sabtu (17/8/2024).

Kegiatan rutin tahunan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi antar karyawan dan sanak keluarga. Selain itu, Family Gathering( FG) ini juga diharapkan menjadi ajang pertukaran informasi untuk menunjang kinerja perusahaan.

Family Gathering tahun ini mengangkat tema Fly Higher dengan harapan di kondisi seperti ini perusahaan (Job site) mampu mewujudkan mimpi  menjadi yang terbaik .

Project Manager PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), Job Site Trubaindo Coal Mining Melak (TCMM), Saptodewo mengatakan PT PAMA itu memang sudah  punya program yang terencana.

“Jadi setiap tahun itu kita adakan acara yang namanya Family Ghatering, dimana tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk membina kerukunan, keakraban sehingga para karyawan bisa bonding, menyatu dengan demikian maka mindsetnya sama untuk menuju target yang kita berikan,” ungkap Saptodewo kepada awak Media, Minggu( 18/8/2024).

Saptodewo menambahkan tentunya FG menjadi sebuah momen untuk kebersamaan, untuk membangkitkan semangat kerja.

“Kami berharap semuanya berbahagia, orang kalau sudah bahagia maka semangatnya, militansinya akan muncul sehingga dengan demikian bisa meningkatkan perfomance perusahaan mulai dari sisi productivity dan perfomance lainnya yang bisa mendukung kemajuan perusahaan,” lanjutnya.

Ditambahkannya acara FG ini juga tidak hanya melibatkan internal karyawan tapi juga berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat setempat kita berdayakan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan. Dimana melalui program CSR perusahaan juga melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan untuk menumbuh kembangkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.

“Pada acara FG kita tampilkan penari-penari binaan, juga UMKM kita siapkan stand-stand untuk produk mereka,” pungkasnya.

Sementara itu Ketua Panitia Pelaksana, Mike Halrus Stansyah, menuturkan alasan dipilihnya tema FG tahun 2014 Fly Higher, di kondisi sekarang banyak challenge atau tantangan.

“Dimana seluruh job site itu berlomba-lomba untuk punya mimpi untuk bisa menjadi the best,” terangnya.

Jadi tema ini diambil semata-mata bukan hanya semboyan saja, tapi kita berpikir bahwa kita punya keyakinan harus bisa, kita punya mimpi yang setinggi-tingginya.

“Harus ditanamkan dalam mindset kita, apapun itu didalam dunia serba mungkin dilakukan,” lanjutnya.

Mike menambahkan kita wajib punya mimpi setinggi-tingginya agar kita semangat bekerja dan seluruh karyawan punya semangat yang sama.

“Kita ini kan kontraktor, jadi kalau kontraktor itu wajib harus displin,” Tutup pria yang menjabat HCGS Dept Head PAMA TCMM tersebut.

Terpisah Ketua Serikat Pekerja PT Pamapersada Nusantara,Jakarta, Septian Adipraja mengatakan kaitannya dengan pekerja bahwasanya dalam setahun tidak hanya bekerja saja tapi ada kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menjaga solidaritas, kerekatan karyawan dan keluarganya.

Selain itu kegiatan FG untuk membangun komunikasi dan silahturahmi antar elemen-elemen yang ada di PAMA TCMM, internal karyawan, perusahaan, masyarakat sekitar dan pemerintah daerah.

“Tetap jaga solidaritas, semangat bekerja, aman bekerja, tidak ada kecelakaan kerja sehingga perusahaan tetap profit, dan tentunya masa endurancenya lebih panjang yang bermanfaat bagi semua,” pesannya.

Ketua Serikat Pekerja PT Pamapersada Nusantara TCMM, Edwin Sampepena menyampaikan terima kasih kepada manajemen PAMA atas dukungannya sehingga terselenggaranya FG.

“FG tidak terlepas dari dukungan semua karyawan yang telah berkontribusi maksimal kepada perusahaan, dan FG adalah salah satu bentuk apresiasi perusahaan untuk karyawan,” pungkasnya.# (ADV).
