Kedua bersama tim kerja Pemkab segera merampungkan draf rencana pembangunan jangka menengah daerah ( RPJMD)sebagai pedoman menjalankan tugas selama 5 tahun, yang kemudian RPJMD akan disampaikan kepada DPRD KUtai barat untuk mendapatkan pengesahan.
